Delivery availability, charges, and timing vary by destination, order value, product size, and courier coverage. The checkout summary is the source of truth for your order.
Checking your order
Please inspect the outer packaging and product when it arrives. If something looks wrong, keep the packaging and contact us promptly with photos and your order number.
Replacement requests
Replacement eligibility is assessed against the product condition, order record, and the confirmed policy for that product. Contact us before sending anything back.
Cancellations and returns
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. An order already packed or dispatched may require a different resolution.
